(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hideki Shibata; hereinafter “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it will co-host a seminar titled “Empowered People, Thriving Companies, Transforming Communities — Well-Being Management in the Era of Digital Payroll” for companies in Nagano Prefecture on February 19, 2026, in collaboration with Legato Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Corporation (Location: Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture; Representative: Satoko Kasagi; hereinafter “Legato”).

This seminar is organized as part of the Company’s efforts to expand its services regionally. As the operator of TwooCa, a service designed with future digital payroll payments* in mind, Kort Valuta is working together with a local social insurance and labor consultant office to support well-being management for companies in Nagano Prefecture.
The seminar will introduce how to respond to digital payroll payments and present new approaches to employee benefits, with the aim of helping companies enhance employee well-being.

*The Company is currently preparing an application to be designated as a fund transfer service provider for digital wage payments (commonly referred to as “digital payroll payments”).
