Notice of Revisions to the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Sharing Policy (Effective July 30, 2026)

To support the launch of TwooCa’s Time Clock and Attendance Management services, Kort Valuta Inc. will revise portions of its Privacy Policy and Personal Data Sharing Policy.

■Background of the Revisions
With the introduction of the Time Clock and Attendance Management services, we have updated our policies to reflect the personal information collected and processed in connection with attendance management, labor management, and related approval workflows for users and their affiliated organizations.

The following updates have been made:
Added information collected through the Time Clock and Attendance Management services,
including clock-in/clock-out timestamps, attendance records, working hours, and device location information.

Added new purposes of use, including attendance management, labor management, and various application and approval processes for users and their affiliated organizations.
Revised wording and terminology throughout the policy for greater consistency and clarity.

2. Personal Data Sharing Policy
The following updates have been made:
Added personal data obtained through the Time Clock and Attendance Management services to the list of data subject to joint use, and reorganized the listed items.
Added the purpose of joint use to include attendance management, labor management, and various application and approval processes conducted by users’ affiliated organizations.
Updated section references and refined wording throughout the document to reflect the revisions.
