AZent’s Well-being HR Division Receives Pre-Certification Under the Well-being ISO Guidelines

The well-being initiatives undertaken by AZent’s Well-being HR Division have received pre-certification under the Well-being ISO Guidelines (ISO 25554:2024).

This certification is based on a certification program administered by the Institute for Social Health Strategy, a general incorporated association in Japan. It recognizes that AZent’s initiatives, centered on the theme of “enhancing motivation and organizational strength through purpose alignment,” are being promoted in accordance with the processes outlined in the Well-being ISO Guidelines.

At AZent, efforts are being made to improve well-being for both individuals and organizations through daily habit-building, visualization of purpose alignment, and well-being assessments.
