(Headquarters: Akishima City, Tokyo; President: Takashi Hoshi; hereinafter “ACS”), a company engaged in cleaning services for air conditioners, range hoods, kitchens, bathrooms, and related facilities, has introduced “TwooCa,” a digital employee ID with payment functionality.

Through this implementation, ACS will utilize internal campaign programs—initiatives that award points convertible into e-money based on daily employee activities such as participation in company initiatives and workplace environment improvements—as well as the TwooCa Mental Check Service, to enhance employee satisfaction and promote internal communication.

In addition, ACS aims to advance employee benefits initiatives that contribute to an effective increase in employees’ take-home income through the use of points-based incentives.
