In conjunction with the launch of our new “TwooCa Biz Charge Service” and the enhancement of the “TwooCa Money Transfer Service,” we will be implementing newly established and revised Terms of Use effective Friday, January 23, 2026.

■ Overview of Newly Established and Revised Terms
1. Newly Established Terms

With the introduction of the new “TwooCa Biz Charge Service,” we will establish the following terms:

(1) Terms of Use for TwooCa Biz Charge Service (Individual Accounts)
(2) Terms of Use for TwooCa Biz Charge Service (Corporate Accounts)
(3) Important Disclosure under the Payment Services Act for TwooCa Biz Charge Service (Funds Transfer Service)

2. Revised Terms

For the currently provided “TwooCa Money Transfer Service,” certain terms will be revised to clearly define newly added features:

(1) Terms of Use for TwooCa Money Transfer Service
  Revisions include additions to Article 4, Paragraphs 5 and 6, among others.
(2) Important Disclosure under the Payment Services Act for TwooCa Money Transfer Service (Funds Transfer Service)

Details on the launch date of these new features will be announced separately.
